At Collectors Guild FNQ, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories are included.
  • The item is suitable for resale.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security and collector reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card products.
  • Booster packs that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Trading cards removed from sealed products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless required by Australian Consumer Law).

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full refund

Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by Collectors Guild FNQ.

Trading Card Condition

Individual trading cards may vary slightly in centring, print quality and factory imperfections. Minor manufacturing imperfections are not considered faults.

Where condition is specifically described (for example, Near Mint, Lightly Played or PSA graded), every effort is made to accurately represent the item's condition.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law or where we have supplied the incorrect item.
