Shipping policy

At Collectors Guild FNQ, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, our Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional events or peak trading periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over AUD $100 (after any discounts have been applied).

Orders Under $100

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.

Express Shipping

Where available, Express Shipping can be selected during checkout for an additional charge.

Express Shipping speeds up the delivery service once your parcel has been dispatched but does not change our normal processing times.

Tracking Your Order

All parcels are sent with tracking where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Queensland: 2–6 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–8 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on Australia Post or the selected courier.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all products are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Trading Card Packaging

We take great care when packaging collectibles.

Depending on the product purchased, items may be shipped using protective materials such as:

  • Penny sleeves
  • Toploaders or semi-rigid holders (where appropriate)
  • Team bags
  • Bubble wrap
  • Cardboard reinforcement
  • Protective shipping boxes or padded mailers

Our goal is to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Collectors Guild FNQ is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before it can be re-sent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the parcel before opening (where possible).
  • Take photographs of the damaged item(s).
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
